DANNY ROWE LOANED OUT
(Thursday 18th February 2016)
The Club confirmed on Thursday afternoon that defender Danny Rowe had signed a month loan deal with Conference National side Barrow. The 20 year old joined on a three year deal from Rotherham in the summer of 2015 but has struggled to find a regular place in the starting XI since the arrival of Southampton loanee Jason McCarthy. Gareth Ainsworth commented to the official website: "By not having a reserve team here, we can’t give match practice to those lads who aren’t involved on a Saturday and it means Danny has gone a long time without getting regular game time. Danny remains part of my plans going forward but this move is just to enable him to play more football and come back to us sharper for the final few weeks of the season." |

AAH LOANED TO OLDHAM
(Friday 12th February 2016)
The Club confirmed on Friday morning that out of favour midfielder Aaron Amadi-Holloway had agreed a loan deal with 'League One' strugglers Oldham Athletic until the end of the 2015/16 season. Commenting on the news, Gareth Ainsworth said: "Aaron's been unhappy of late because he hasn't been able to force his way into the team, so this move is best for all parties. By granting his wish to move out on loan, we might now have the chance to bring in a striker who will give us a new dimension and hopefully bring us more goals, which is what we've been lacking lately. But we will only bring someone in if they're the right character for the team and if we can afford to do so." Just turned 23, the former Newport County player had made 8 League starts for Wanderers this season, scoring 3 times. His last start was the home FA Cup tie with Aston Villa on 9th January 2016.
