David WHEELER Defender Left (mutual consent)
The Club announced on 5th February 2025 that David Wheeler had left the Club by mutual consent after five and a half year with the Wanderers. The 34-year-old and the club agreed to cancel his contract, with the player keen to "pursue new opportunities elsewhere". Wheeler joined Wycombe under Gareth Ainsworth in July 2019 from Queens Park Rangers and celebrated his first season at Adams Park by being a significant member of the squad that gained promotion to the Championship in an emotional behind-closed-doors (due to covid) Play-Off Final at Wembley against Oxford United in July 2020. He totalled 209 First Team apps for Wycombe and scored 19 goals.

Xavier SIMONS Defender Loan from Hull City
On transfer deadline day 3rd February 2025 at 11.30pm, 21-year-old Xavier Simons was announced as a loan signing from Hull City until the end of the 2024/25 season. The midfielder is a former youth player with Brentford and Chelsea, as well as earninf England youth caps at various age groups. He joined The Tigers on a permanent deal in March 2023 following a loan spell from Chelsea earlier in the season. In 2023/24 he spent the season on loan at then League One Fleetwood Town, making 16 apps and scoring once. On his return to Hull for the 2024/25 season, he made 20 apps for The Tigers in the Championship at the time of his loan move to Adams Park. He wasn't allocated a squad number at the time of his arrival but subsquently took on the No.7 left vacant following the departure of David Wheeler on 5th February 2025.

Fin BACK Defender Undiscl. from Nottingham Forest
On transfer deadline day 3rd February 2025 at 11.20pm, 22-year-old right-sided defender Fin Back was announced as another new signing by Wycombe Wanderers - joining on a permanent deal from Premier League Nottingham Forest. Back joined the Forest Academy at the age of eight, working his way up through the age groups before earning his first professional contract in 2019. He extended his deal two years later and his First Team debut in a Football League Cup tie in August 2021. He later made 30 appearances while on loan at Carlisle United. He was allocated the No.43 in the Wanderers squad for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

Will NORRIS Goalkeeper Free from Portsmouth
On transfer deadline day 3rd February 2025 at 9.30pm, goalkeeper Will Norris was formally announced as a new signing by Wycombe Wanderers. The Portsmouth shot stopper had been released from his Pompey contract earlier in the day, allowing the 31-year-old the opportunity of his move to the Wanderers. Although out of favour at Fratton Park at the time of the move, he arrived having been ever-present in their League One winning season in 2023/24. He was allocated the No.50 in the Wanderers squad for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

Nathan BISHOP (loan recalled) Goalkeeper Loan recalled by Sunderland
On transfer deadline day 3rd February 2025 at 4pm, goalkeeper Nathan Bishop was recalled briefly by his parent club Sunderland before swiftly going on loan to fellow League One side Cambridge United. The 25-year-old had joined Wanderers on loan from The Black Cats in June 2024 as an apparent replacement for the departed Max Stryjek. However, after playing in the opening two League matches of the 2024/25 campaign, plus a Football League cup victory over Northampton, injury saw him ruled out until December 2024, by which time Franco Ravizzoli had made the No.1 spot his own. His final departure also came alongside strong reports in the media that Portsmouth 'keeper Will Norris was set to sign for Wycombe.

Adam REACH Defender Free agent
Adam Reach was the first signing announced by Wycombe Wanderers on a busy transfer deadline day (3rd February 2025). Celebrating his 32nd birthday on the day he signed for Wanderers, he arrived after becoming a free-agent following his release by West Bromwich Albion at the end of the 2023/24 campaign. He totalled 78 apps for West Brom in three seasons in the Championship. Previously he had made 230 apps for Sheffield Wednesday over five seasons. He had begun his football career at Middlesbrough, making his First Team debut at the age of 18 in May 2011. Described as left sided defender or winger, his most recent First Team prior to his move to Adams Park was a substitute in West Brom's defeat to Southampton in the Championship play-off semi-final 2nd Leg. He was allocated the No.41 in the Wanderers squad for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

Matt BUTCHER (loan out) Forward Loan to Bristol Rovers
Completing a trip of outward loan moves, the Club announced on 30th January 2025 that midfielder Matt Butcher had been loaned to fellow League One side Bristol Rovers until the end of the 2024/25 campaign. The 27-year-old, who joined Wanderers in January 2024 from Plymouth Argyle, had a huge influence in Wycombe finishing the 2023/24 League season so strongly - plus also netting the goal that took Wanderers to the 2024 Football League Trophy Final, with a last minute winner versus Bradford City. But with only 3 League starts for Wanderers in the first-half of the 2024/25 season, it was clear he was no longer favoured.

Alex HARTRIDGE Defender Loan to Exeter City
On 30th January 2025, the Club announced that defender Alex Hartridge had returned to former club Exeter City on a loan deal for the remainder of the 2024/25 season. The 25-year-old became Wanderers' first signing of the 2024/25 season, joining on Thursday 30th May 2024 on a free after a seven year spell with Exeter City. He struggled to command a regular place in the First Team at Adams Park, making 5 Football League starts, plus 8 cup appearances.

Brandon HANLAN (loan out) Forward Loan to Stevenage
The Club announced on 30th January 2025 that striker Brandon Hanlon had been loaned to fellow League One side Stevenage until the end of the 2024/25 campaign. The 27-year-old, who joined Wanderers in August 2021 from Bristol Rovers, had returned from a near year long injury in November 2024 but by this time was down the pecking order in the Wycombe front-line. He had totalled 111 apps for Wycombe, netting 16 times, at the time of his move.

Caleb TAYLOR (loan in) Defender Loan from West Bromwich Albion
The Club announced on 29th January 2025 that West Brom defender Caleb Taylor had returned on loan for the remainder of the 2024/25 campaign from Championship club West Bromwich Albion. Wanderers' Chief Football Officer, Dan Rice, commented: "Caleb was an important part of the team throughout the first half of the season and we're really pleased to be able to bring him back to strengthen our options in defence. He enjoyed his time with us and it's great for him to be able to rejoin the squad and be part of our efforts to build on the progress we've made this season by continuing to push for promotion."

Ryan TAFAZZOLI (loan out) Defender Loan to Lee Man (Hong Kong)
The Club announced on 24th January 2025 that defender Ryan Tafazzoli had agreed a loan deal with Hong Kong top flight club Lee Man. The news followed an injury hit season for the 33-year-old where he had just one League start in Wanderers League One 2024/25 campaign. He had originally joined Wanderers in September 2020, at the start of Wycombe's first ever season in the second tier of English football. He had totalled 128 First Team apps for Wycombe prior to his move to Asia.

Jahiem DOTSE (loan out) Forward Loan to Winchester City
On 24th January 2025 Winchester City announced they had signed teenage forward Jahiem Dotse on an initial 28-day loan deal from Wycombe Wanderers. The youngster joined the Chairboys in July 2024 from Eastleigh and debuted for Wanderers in the EFL Trophy tie with Wimbledon in August 2024. He later spent time on loan with Bracknell Town. He made his Winchester debut on 25th January, coming on as substitute against Swindon Supermarine.

James BERRY Forward Undiscl. from Chesterfield
After two days of media speculation, the Club confirmed on 22nd January 2025 the signing of winger, and prolic scorer, James Berry on a undisclosed fee transfer from League Two Chesterfield. The 24-year-old had netted 10 times in the first-half of the campaign for The Spireites having moved to then National League Chesterfield in August 2023 - going on to score seven times as they gained promotion to the Football League. Previously he had scored more than 40 goals in two seasons at Macclesfield - achieving promotion in successive seasons to attract the attention of Chesterfield. He was allocated the No.38 in the Wanderers squad for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

Alex LOWRY Midfield Undiscl. from Glasgow Rangers
After a day of media speculation, the Club confirmed on 21st January 2025 the signing of 21-year-old midfield prospect, Alex Lowry on a undisclosed fee transfer from Glasgow Rangers. The youngster arrived at Adams Park with Scottish youth level appearances to his name, plus 14 First Team appearances for Rangers. During the 2023/24 season he has made 17 appearances on loan at Hearts. Lowry originally joined Glasgow Rangers as a 10-year-old. He played in the junior and B team and signed a contract with the club until the summer of 2023. Lowry made his first-team debut for Rangers on 21st January 2022, in a Scottish Cup match against Stirling Albion, coming on as a first half substitute and then scoring the opening goal of the match in the 31st minute. Lowry then started the following match for Rangers, a Scottish Premiership tie against Livingston, playing the full match in midfield. In May 2022, he signed a new contract with Rangers that is due to run until 2025. He was allocated the No.47 in the Wanderers squad for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

Magnus WESTERGGAARD Midfield Undiscl. from Viborg
The Club confirmed on 16th January 2025 the signing of midfielder Magnus Westergaard for an undisclosed fee from Danish top flight side, Viborg. The arrival of another Danish born player followed more media speculation where the transfer fee was reported to be in the region of €1,000,000 (approx £840,000). The 26-year-old spent two seasons with Molde, making 54 appearances. He was allocated the No.42 in the Wanderers squad for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

Luca WOODHOUSE (loan out) Defender/Midfield Loan to Aldershot Town
Following his return from a loan spell at Dagenham & Redbridge, on 16th January 2025 it was announced that left-sided defender Luca Woodhouse had joined National League Aldershot Town on loan for the remainder of the 2024/25 season. The former Tonbridge Angels player joined Wanderers in August 2022. He subsequently spent two loan spells at Slough Town during the 2022/23 season, before starting a loan period with National League South side Worthing in September 2023. He spent the latter months of the 2023/24 season on loan at Banbury.

Brody PEART (loan returned) Forward Loan returned from Basingstoke Town
Basingstoke Town announced on 11th January 2025 that teenage forward Brody Peart had returned to Wycombe Wanderers following his loan spell with the Hampshire club. He had made 12 appearances for Town. Peart had originally joined Wanderers in June 2024 following his release from Premier League Brighton and Hove Albion.

Anders HAGELSKJÆR Defender Undiscl. from Molde
The Club confirmed on 9th January 2025 the signing of central defender Anders Hagelskjær for an undisclosed fee from Norwegian top flight side, Molde. The arrival of the Dane followed several days of media speculation where the transfer fee was reported to be in the region of €500,000 (approx £420,000). The 27-year-old spent two seasons with Molde, making 73 appearances, and played in the Champions League for them. He was allocated the No.45 in the Wanderers squad for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

Sonny BRADLEY (loan in) Defender Loan from to Derby County
The Club announced on 6th January 2025 that central defender Sonny Bradley had joined Wanderers on loan from Derby County for the remainder of the 2024/25 season. The 33-year-old achieved promotion from League One with Derby in 2023/24. His previous clubs also include Portsmouth, Crawley Town, Plymouth Argyle and Luton Town. He was allocated the No.26 in the Wanderers squad for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

Jaiden BARTOLO and Christie WARD (loans returned) Midfield Loans returned from Weymouth
On 4th January 2025 Weymouth announced that both Jaiden Bartolo and Christie Ward had returned from their loan spell with the National League South side. Bartolo made 11 appearances for The Terras, scoring one goal and picking up two Man of the Match awards. Meanwhile, Ward finished with 15 appearances and 2 goals, plus two Man of the Match awards.

Caleb TAYLOR (loan recalled) Defender Loan recalled by West Bromwich Albion
It was announced on 2nd January 2025 that West Brom defender Caleb Taylor had been recalled by the Championship club. He had made 20 appearances for Wanderers during his half-season at Adams Park and established an impressive partnership with fellow central defender Joe Low. On his return to West Brom, the 22-year-old netted the opening goal in the The Baggies 5-1 defeat to Bournemouth in the 3rd Round of the FA Cup on 11th January 2025.

Aaron MORLEY (loan recalled) Midfield Loan recalled by Bolton Wanderers
Bolton Wanderers midfielder, Aaron Morley, was recalled by his parent club on 2nd January 2025, having made 23 appearances during his time at Adams Park. He finished his curtailed loan spell with a last minute winner from the penalty spot v Exeter City on New Year's Day 2025. Three days later he netted a last minute winner for Bolton, also in a League match with The Grecians. At the time of Morley's return to Bolton it was understood that Wycombe had made a permanent offer for the 24-year-old but this was rejected.

Jason McCARTHY Defender Retired
The Club announced on 17th December 2024 that defender Jason McCarthy had left the Club by mutual consent to explore new opportunities. This followed a spell where First Team opportunties had been limited, coupled with injury problems. The 29-year-old departed Wanderers to end his fourth spell at Adams Park having originally joined on loan from Southampton in 2015. He totalled 219 First Team apps for Wycombe. Shortly after his departure he confirmed retirement from the playing side and subsequently, in January 2025, moved into a coaching role in the Brighton and Hove Albion U21 squad.

Jaiden BARTOLO (loan out) Midfield Loan to Weymouth
It was announced on 19th October 2024 that forward Jaiden Bartolo had joined National League South side Weymouth on loan, making his debut the day in the 1-1 National League South draw with Chesham United. The 18-year-old teamed up with fellow Wanderer Christie Ward, also on loan at Weymouth. Bartolo, who joined Wycombe from Wealdstone in June 2024, made his debut on the opening day of the 2024/25 season with a substitute appearance in the 3-2 defeat at Wrexham. He made three further turns out for the First Team and also added to his Gibraltar caps, before his loan move to Weymouth.

On 15th October 2024 the Club announced that defender Jack Matton had joined Bracknell Town on loan. The youngster had moved to Wanderers in the summer of 2024 following time with Woking and Binfield. He teamed up with fellow Wanderer Jahiem Dotse, also on loan at the Southern League outfit.

On 10th October 2024 Dorking Wanderers announced they had signed 23-year-old midfielder Jack Young on an initial 28-day loan deal from Wycombe Wanderers. The youngster originally joined the Chairboys in January 2022 from Newcastle United and has since been loaned out to Ayr United for the first-half of the 2023/24 season and subsequently the latter part of that season, on loan at Wealdstone.

Christie WARD (loan out) Midfield Loan to Weymouth
It was announced on 5th October 2024 that midfielder Christie Ward had joined National League South side Weymouth on loan, having cut short a loan move to Braintree Town. Ward orginally signed for Wanderers in July 2022 - making his First Team debut as a sub in the EFL Trophy tie with Peterborough United in October 2022 before a loan spell with Hungerford Town. He made his Footbal League debut as a late substitute in the League One game at Ipswich Town in April 2023 and made two further sub appearances before the end of the 2022/23 season. He later had loan spells with Slough Town and Banbury United.

Fred ONYEDINMA Forward Free agent
The Club revealed on the afternoon of Tuesday 10th September 2024 the return of striker Fred Onyedinma for his fourth spell with the Wanderers. The 27-year-old arrived at Adams Park follow his release by Luton Town at the end of the 2023/24 campaign. He had orginally played for Wycombe as a teenager while on loan from Millwall in November 2014. He would later return on loan from The Lions for the first half of the 2018/19 season. His third spell at Adams Park started in July 2019 when a permanent deal was struck with Millwall. This spell saw him become a crucial part of the squad that gained promotion to the Championship in July 2020. Following Wycombe's relegation from the second tier in May 2021 he joined Luton Town for an undisclosed fee.

Laurie SHALA (loan out) Goalkeeper Loan to Potters Bar Town
Goalkeeper Laurie Shala returned to Potter Bar Town on loan on 6th September 2024 for an initial one month deal. The teenager spent time on loan at Potters Bar Town during the 2023/24 season but the spell was cut-short in February 2024 due to a broken collar bone. The youngster had joined Wanderers in July 2023 following his release from Crystal Palace. His second loan spell with Potters Bar was subsequetly extended to the end of the 2024/25 season following a long run as first choice glovesman.

Shamal GEORGE Goalkeeper Undiscl. from Livingston
Wycombe Wanderers announced on deadline day (30th August 2024) the signing of goalkeeper Shamal George for an undisclosed fee from recently relegated Scottish side Livingston. The move came after an injury to on loan 'keeper Nathan Bishop left Wanderers with lack of cover between the sticks. The 26-year-old, who comes from the same Club that Max Stryjek arrived to Wycombe from in August 2022, had moved north of the border in July 2022 from then League Two Colchester United. A former player in the Liverpool Youth Academy, he would eventually make his Football League debut on loan at Carlisle United in September 2017. He later played on loan at Tranmere Rovers and Marine before his release from Anfield at the end of the 2019/20 season. He was allocated the No.19 in the Wanderers squad for the 2024/25 season.

Caleb TAYLOR (loan in) Defender Loan from West Bromwich Albion
Wycombe Wanderers announced on deadline day (30th August 2024) the signing of West Brom defender Caleb Taylor on a season long deal from the Championship club. The 21-year-old is former academy player with West Brom, progressing to the First Team squad at the end of the 2020/21 season, aged 18. He made 3 First Team apps the following season before a season-long loan deal to Cheltenham Town in the 2022/23 campaign. He also spent time on loan at Bolton Wanderers in February 2024. He signed a new four-year deal with West Brom in July 2024. He was allocated the No.37 in the Wanderers squad for the 2024/25 season.

Aaron MORLEY (loan in) Midfield Loan from Bolton Wanderers
Wycombe Wanderers announced on 23rd August 2024 the signing of Aaron Morley on a season-long loan deal from fellow League One side Bolton Wanderers. The 24-year-old midfielder arrived at Adams Park with more than 200 senior appearances, having made his Football League debut with Rochdale aged 16. He was allocated the No.28 in the Wanderers squad for the 2024/25 season.

Cameron HUMPHREYS (loan in) Midfield Loan from Ipswich Town
Wycombe Wanderers announced on 21st August 2024) the signing of Ipswich Town midfielder Cameron Humphreys on a season long deal from the Premier League club. The Colchester born 20-year-old was voted Young Player of the Season for Ipswich for the 2021/22 campaign before enjoying back-to-back promotions with the Suffolk side - totalling 39 First Team apps at the time of his move to Wycombe. He was allocated the No.20 in the Wanderers squad for the 2024/25 season.

Jahiem DOTSE Forward Free from Eastleigh
Wycombe Wanderers announced on 29th July 2024 the signing of 17-year-old forward Jahiem Dotse following a successful pre-season trial with Wanderers. He became the youngest player to sign for Wycombe since the closure of the Wanderers Centre of Excellence in 2012. He arrived at Wycombe after coming through the youth development system at Eastleigh but because of football regulations, Wycombe Wanderers were not required to pay a compensation fee to the National League side. He also arrived at Adams Park with previous experience at Romsey Town and Blackfield & Langley, where he finished as top goalscorer in the 2023/24 season. No squad number was assigned at the time of the deal and the length of contract was also not disclosed. He was later allocated No.36 in the Wanderers squad of the 2024/25 campaign, prior to his debut in a Football League Trophy tie in August 2024.

Daniel UDOH Forward Free from Shrewsbury Town
Wycombe Wanderers announced on 2nd July 2024 the signing of 27-year-old forward Daniel Udoh from fellow League One side Shrewsbury Town - the deal being completed after he had turned down an offer of a new deal at The New Meadow. His move to Adams Park followed a five year spell at The Shrews where he netted 38 times in 181 First Team appearances. The Nigerian born player was on the books of Luton Town as a teenager before spending time in non-League football. His Football League time began with Crewe in March 2016 before returning to non-League with Telford United. He signed for Shrewsbury in May 2019 with a highlight of his time with The Shrews coming when he scored the opening goal against Liverpool at Anfield in a FA Cup 3rd round game on 9 January 2022, before his side went on to lose 4–1. No squad number was assigned at the time of the deal and the length of contract was also not disclosed.

Daniel HARVIE Midfield Free from Milton Keynes
Wycombe Wanderers announced on 2nd July 2024 the signing of 25-year-old left-back Daniel Harvie on a free transfer from League Two Milton Keynes. The Scottish born player originally spent time with Aberdeen, Dumbarton and Ayr United before his move to MK in July 2020. He went to total 166 First Team apps for MK, netting 10 goals. He played against Wanderers in both legs of MK's defeat in the 2021/22 League One Play-Off Semi-Finals. The following season he netted for MK in the 2-2 League One meeting with Wycombe at Adams Park in April 2023. No squad number was assigned at the time of the deal and the length of contract was also not disclosed.

Tyreeq BAKINSON Midfield Free from Sheffield Wednesday
Wycombe Wanderers announced on 1st July 2024 the signing of 25-year-old midfielder Tyreeq Bakinson following his release from Championshup side Sheffield Wednesday. The 6'3" player spent two seasons with The Owls, making 26 appearances during their League One promotion winning season of 2022/23 but strugling to hold a regular place once in the higher division. He finished the 2023/24 campaign on loan at Charlton Athletic, appearing against Wycombe on the final day of the season. Originally a youth player with Luton Town, he went on to join Bristol City as an 18-year-old in 2017 and later scored against Wanderers in The Robins 2-1 defeat at Adams Park in a behind closed doors Championship game in April 2021.
