Fred ONYEDINMA Forward Undisclosed fee to Luton Town
The departure of striker Fred Onyedinma was announced on 25th May 2021 - the 24-year-old making a move to then Championship side Luton Town for an 'undisclosed fee'. The Hatters had previously made an offer for the former Millwall player in the January 2021 transfer window but this had been turned down by Wanderers. Onyedinma had joined Wanderers on a three-year deal from Millwall in July 2019, having previously spent two loans at Adams Park - netting 12 goals in 51 appearances during spells in the 2014/15 and 2018/19 seasons. He had originally been signed by Wycombe in July 2019 just prior to the proposed Couhig takeover and was to find himself down the pecking order of a subsequently stronger than predicted squad - making 30 appearances during the promotion season of 2019/20 but with half of those from the bench. During the Championship campaign of 2020/21 he added just six more appearances before not unexpected release from Gareth Ainsworth's squad plans.

The former Brentford youth-teamer who gained most of his Football League experience with Stevenage and Wimbledon, became a favourite with the Wycombe fans despite reoccurring injury problems restricting his appearances. Having been a pivotal player during the 2019/20 promotion season - famously scoring a winning goal versus Sunderland - his fitness situation eventually took its toll and in January 2021 he was formally removed from the First Team playing squad at Adams Park. He finished his playing time at Wycombe with 2 goals in 43 appearances.

Ryan ALLSOP Goalkeeper Released - out of contract
The Club announced on 12th May 2021 that goalkeeper Ryan Allsop had been released following the end of his three contract with Wanderers. Allsop had played a significant role in helping Wycombe achieve promotion to the Championship during the 2019/20 season and he continued his impressive form into the new campaign before injury ruled him out in February 2021. Unfortunately for Allsop it was the equally impressive form of replacement David Stockdale that kept him out of the Wycombe side for the remainder of the season - thus prompting him to accept a move elsewhere at the age of 28. Allsop had originall signed a three year permanent deal with Wanderers following his release from Bournemouth at the end of the 2017/18 season. He had originally been on loan at Wycombe from The Cherries during the second-half of the 2015/16 season - making 18 appearances for Wanderers. Had lengthy loan spells with Blackpool and Lincoln City during the 2017/18 season, plus previous experience with Coventry City and Leyton Orient.
