By Car: (approx 228 miles from HW)
M40-M42-M6 northbound. Leave M6 at junction 26 (signposted A683 Lancaster and Morecambe). After 0.8 miles you will enter Lancaster. Follow A683 for further 0.8 miles and then turn left onto the A6 towards Morecambe. After 0.3 miles head straight on to the A589 (Greyhound Bridge Road) and stay on for 2.2 miles. At the Broadway roundabout complex, take the 1st exit into Westgate. The Globe Arena is approximately 3/4 mile along this road on the right. Train:
Morecambe station is just over 1 mile from the Globe Arena. Connections to Morecambe from High Wycombe can be made during the day in around 5 hours, going via Birmingham Snow Hill, changing to Birmingham New Street and then changing at Lancaster for Morecambe. Return trains back to High Wycombe for evening kick-offs are not possible.

Peter Murphy - Midfielder who spent the 2014/15 season at Wycombe following a move from Accrington Stanley. Joined Morecambe in June 2015 after being released a year early from his contract with Wycombe. Made 47 appearances for Wycombe, scoring 7 times.
Jordan Mustoe - Defender who made three appearances for Wycombe on loan from Wigan Athletic during the second-half of the 2013/14 season. Made five loan appearances for Morecambe from The Latics later that season having previously made 12 apperances in an earlier loan spell during the 2012/13 season. During a five year stint with Wigan, where he made just four First Team appearances, also played on loan at Barnet, Carlisle and Bury.
Garry Thompson - A Morecambe legend having made more than 300 appearances and scoring 50 plus goals for The Shrimps between 1999 and 2008 and scoring one of the goals that took them into the Football League via the 2007 Conference Play-Off Final against Exeter City at Wembley Stadium.
Moved to Scunthorpe United in May 2008 where he spent four seasons before a move to Bradford City in July 2012. Thompson volleyed Bradford ahead against Arsenal in a League Cup Quarter-Final in December 2012, with Bantams eventually winning on penalties and going on to beat Aston Villa to reach the Final at Wembley where although losing to Swansea, became the first bottom tier Club to reach the League Cup Final since 1962. A year later Thompson was back at Wembley again, this time in the League Two Play-Off Final where a 3-0 victory over Northampton Town secured promotion. In July 2014, Thompson joined Notts County, scoring 11 League goals in 37 appearances before his move to Adams Park in the summer of 2015.
