By Car: (approx 263 miles from HW)
From High Wycombe join the M1 northbound via your normal route. Follow M1 to eventually join the A1. Exit the A1 at junction 49 to jon the A19 (signposted Thirsk). Exit A19 after 38 miles to join A689 (s/p Hartlepool). Continue on A689 through village of Newton Bewley and the follow signs to Town Centre. Go straight on through two sets of traffic lights and over bridge into marina complex. In Marina Way there is car parking available in the Jackson's Wharf. To get to the ground from here continue over next roundabout and turn left (s/p The North A179, A1048. Clarence Park is a left turn from this road. Train: Hartlepool station is about half a mile from the ground. Connections from High Wycombe are via London Kings Cross. Check www.nationalrail.co.uk for specific times and connections.

Jason Banton - Forward who joined Wanderers in the summer of 2015 on a one year deal from Plymouth Argyle. Never seemed to settle at Wycombe and played five times on loan at Hartlepool (all as substitute) in October and November 2015, before returning to Adams Park.

Kevin Betsy - Midfielder who spent a short spell on loan at Hartlepool from Barnsley during the early part of the 2004/2005 season. Later switched to Oldham before a succesful spell at Wycombe where he scored 13 goals in 89 appearances. Moved to Bristol City in a £150,000 deal in January 2007 but eventually switched to Southend before a loan spell back at Wycombe during the first half of the 2009/10 season.

Mark Cooper - Midfielder who spent a very brief spell at Wycombe on non-contract during January 1994. Moved to Exeter City after Wycombe and then played for Hartlepool during the 1996/97 season where he made 33 appearances and scored 9 goals. Has since gone on to play for Leyton Orient and Hednesford.

Jermaine Easter - Scored 28 times for the Wanderers during a two year spell following a move from Stockport County in January 2007. The former Wolves trainee made his Football League debut while at Hartlepool as a 19 year old and was part of their squad that one promotion from the basement division at the end of the 2002/2003 season. Moved to Plymouth Argyle from Wycombe in a £215,000 deal in January 2008 but failed to make an impact at Home Pack and eventually moved to MK Franchise in the summer of 2009 following loans spells with Millwall and Colchester United.

John Paul-Pittman - Striker who played on loan at Hartlepool in 2006 while still at his original club of Nottingham Forest. Also played for Bury and Doncaster before moving into then Conference side Crawley Town. Joined Wanderers from Crawley in January 2009. Scored 17 times in 82 appearances before switching to Oxford United in the summer of 2011. Spent time back on loan at Crawley during the 2011/12 season before returning for a second spell at Wycombe in 2013/14 under Manager Gareth Ainsworth. Joined Grimsby Town in the summer of 2014 following his release from Wanderers

Ben Roberts - Goalkeeper who made 4 appearances for Hartlepool in 1994 while on loan from Middlesbrough. Thehn made 15 appearances for Wycombe during the 1995/96 season while still on loan from Boro. After further loan spells with Bradford City, Millwall and Luton, switched to Charlton Athletic in the summer of 2000 but was restricted to just one substitute appearance before moving to Brighton in the summer of 2003. Originally retired in 2005 aged 29 due to a back injury but returned as goalkeeper coach and chief scout for Yeovil Town in the summer of 2009 and played one game during the following season aged 34. Left Yeovil in December 2009 to return to Charlton Athletic as coach and then moved to Brighton in a similar role.

Frank Talia - Australian goalkeeper who made 14 appearances for Hartlepool during the 1992/93 season on loan from Blackburn Rovers. Went on to play for Swindon Town and Sheffield United before joining Wycombe in August 2002 intially as a short term cover for the injured Martin Taylor.

Chris Westwood - Made close to 300 appearances for Hartelpool after moving their at the start of the 1999/2000 season following time with Wolves and Reading. Part of the Pools side that won promotion from the basement division at the end of the 2002/3 season. Went on to enjoy succesful spells with Walsall and Peterborough United before his move to Wycombe in the summer of 2009.
