Car: (approx 203 miles from HW)
Northbound on M40 to join M42 then M6. Exit at M6 at Junction 21A to join M62 eastbound. Exit M62 Junction 20 to join A627(M). Spotland Stadium is just over 2 miles from Junction 20 of the M62. Follow signs for Rochdale then bear left at the first roundabout you come to on the A627(M), passing B&Q on your right. At the next roundabout follow signs for 'Spotland Stadium'. Check Google Maps

Train: Nearest station Rochdale. Three miles from the ground. The No.436 bus leaves the bus station every 30 minutes and calls at the train station before heading towards Spotlands. The last bus from the ground back to the station is at 5.10pm. Train connections from High Wycombe via Birmingham and various routes there on (eg Wigan, Manchester). Return journies on same day following evening kick-offs are not possible. Check www.nationrail.co.uk for specific times and connections of trains. |

A selection of players who have played for both Clubs.
Guy Branston - Former Leicester City trainee who made 11 appearances for Wycombe on loan from Rotherham during the early stages of the 2003/4 season. His time at Rochdale came during the 2007/8 season when he made 6 appearances while on loan from
Peterborough United. The defender has played for a host of other clubs, including longer spells with Sheffield Wednesday and Oldham Athletic before falling back into non-League football in 2008 with Kettering Town.
Stephen Bywater - A former trainee at Rochdale who made one First Team appearance in an Auto Windscreens Trophy tie in January 1998 before moving to West Ham United in February 1998 for £300,000. Spent a brief loan spell at Wycombe during the October 1999 where he made his Football League debut aged 18 in Wanderers 2-1 victory at Blackpool. Also played on loan at Hull City during 1999/2000 before making his Premiership debut for West Ham later that same season.
Miquel DeSouza - Scored 35 goals in three seasons at Wycombe before moving to Peterborough United in February 1997 for £50,000. Has since played for Rushden and Diamonds, Boston United, Farnborough Town and St. Albans City. Spent time at Rochdale during a loan spell from Peterborough in the 1998/99 season - making 5 appearances. Originally signed for Wycombe from Birmingham City in January 1995 for £100,000.
Andy Turner - Spent a short spell on loan at Wycombe during the 1994/95 season while he was at Spurs. Eventually moved to Portsmouth but then spent more loan spells at various clubs including Rochdale towards the end of the 2000/2001 season. Moved to Yeovil Town at the end of that season and has since played for Nuneaton, Kettering, Tamworth, Northampton Town, Northwich Victoria and Moor Green. Other than Portsmouth, his longest spell with a Football League came with Rotherham where he made 36 apps between August 1999 and May 2001.
