INGRAM HULL MOVE CONFIRMED
(Tuesday 25th June 2019)
News was confirmed on Tuesday 25th June 2019 that former Wanderer Matt Ingram had signed for Hull City from QPR for an undisclosed fee. The now 25-year-old moved to QPR from Wycombe in January 2016 on a four and a half year contract for an undisclosed fee but made just 10 League appearances for The R's in the two and a half years
before the move to Hull. He returned briefly to Wycombe in November 2018 to play as Emergency loan 'keeper against Sunderland. Any fee above what QPR paid Wycombe will be subject to a sell-on fee coming its way to Adams Park.

READING HOME IN LEAGUE CUP
(Thursday 20th June 2019)
Wanderers will host 'Championship' side Reading in the First Round of the Football League Cup after the draw for the 2019/20 competition was made on the evening of Thursday 20th June 2019. It will be the first meeting between the two sides for more than 17 years when they met in the third tier of English football. The sides have met previously in the League Cup with Wanderers successful over two-legs in the 1996/97 season. The one legged tie for 2019/20 will take place the week commencing 12th August.

FIXTURES RELEASED 2019/20

Wanderers will open their 2019/20 'League One' campaign with home game against relegated Bolton Wanderers on Saturday 3rd August 2019. It will be the first ever meeting between the two clubs at any level. The fixture lists for the 2019/20 season were revealed on Thursday (20th June 2019) at 9am. The continuing Football League philosphy of arranging 'long distance' fixtures on midweek dates will see Wanderers travel on Tuesday evenings to Fleetwood (219 miles) and Blackpool (215 miles), both before Christmas 2019. £500K HAUSE WINDFALL EXPECTED
(Monday 17th June 2019)
Wycombe Wanderers should benefit from a sell fee from Wolverhampton Wanderers after Aston Villa confirmed the permanent signing of former Chairboy Kortney Hause from the Molineux club. Hause, now 24-years-old, joined Wolves from Wycombe in the January 2014 transfer window for a fee believed to be in the region of £200,000. Reports at the time also indicated that a sell-on clause was included - with the expected figure to be around 20% of any profit from future sales by Wolves. The transfer fee received by Wolves is reported as being in the region of £3m - leaving Wycombe with an expected windfall of around £560,000.

AKINFENWA - NEW 1 YEAR DEAL
(Wednesday 12th June 2019)
The Club announced on Wednesday (12th June 2019) that Adebayo Akinfenwa had signed a new one year deal with Wanderers running until June 2020. The deal takes the now 37-year-old into his fourth season at Adams Park. He finished top scorer for Wanderers in both the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons with 18 and 8 goals respectively.
