Background: Former Walsall trainee who can boast twelve years of service for The Saddlers where he made over 450 appearances and scored 30 goals. His flexibility in defence has seen him play in all positions, including goalkeeper. Signed by Wycombe the day before deadline day 2001 with his contract running until the end of the 2002/2003 season. However it was revealed at the beginning of September that he was to join Northampton Town for £10,000.
What we think:Brought in by Lawrie Sanchez to fill the problem right-back role but seemed to be struggling with fitness during his early appearances in a Wycombe shirt. Looked more comfortable when he played in a midfield role towards the end of the 2000/2001 season but failed to make an impression on his return after the close season and was off-loaded to Northampton Town in September 2001.
