Background: Former trainee with Ipswich Town who made his Football League debut on 26th October 2002, aged 18, as a substitute in Ipswich's 1-0 home defeat to Gillingham. Went to total more than 120 apps for Town before switching to Leeds United in August 2006 in a swap deal involving Dan Harding. A regular in the Leeds side during the 2006/7 season but loaned out to Brighton during the latter stages of the following season. Loaned to Cheltenham Town the following campaign in a move that would eventually become permanent. Another loan spell, this time at Oldham Athletic, followed in the final two months of the 2008/9 season before being signed by Peter Taylor at Wycombe in July 2009.
