Background: Former Spurs trainee and England U21 International. Made more than 60 First Team appearances before Spurs before ending up at Millwall via loan spells with Maidstone United and Barnet. A king pin in the Lions defence for more than five years - making more than 230 appearances. Fell out of favour during the early part of the 2003/4 season before Tony Adams brought him to Wycombe on loan at the tail end of December 2003. Impressed during his loan spell and was eventually signed on a permanent deal until the end of the 2003/4 campaign. After a summer of negotiating, the former Millwall player then went on to sign a two year deal with Wycombe in July 2004. In and out of the side during John Gorman's reign in season 2004/5 and was eventutally loaned out to Conference side Woking at the end of August 2005 for an initial three month deal last until 31st December 2005.
