Went on to clock up more than 100 senior appearances for Chelsea and was a member of the sides than won the League Cup and the UEFA Cup Winners Cup in 1998. Moved to Leeds United in June 1999 for a £4.5 million fee but struggled to hold down a First Team spot - making 57 League appearances over the course of six seasons.
