MARK PHILO TRIBUTES WANDERERS FANS (First published January 2006) 
These are a selection of written tributes left by Wycombe supporters in memory of Mark Philo who tragically died on 14th January 2006.You may be gone, but you'll not be forgotten. May you rest in peace and may your family find strength from the support of those who worked with, watched and respected Mark xxxx BLT Would like to offer my sympathy and prayers to Mark's family and friends and all connected with the club, what a terrible watse of a young life. A future star gone but will not be forgotten. The Force Tragic is a massive understatement for the loss of a young lad with so much ahead of him. Let's hope we can dedicate a memorable season to the memory of someone that was destined for great things in the game. The Andy Graham Fan Club Anyone would think the poor guy was cursed - he had so much talent. I remember him ripping apart Pompey in a pre-season game. Fond memories indeed. He played close to 60 minutes before suffering a serious leg injury. During that 60 minutes he was exhilarating - and everyone was so gutted at his injury - as here was truly a big star in the making. Everyone called him 'The Key' on the gasroom .... now he is simply 'A Legend'. Thoughts to all his friends and family......Farewell Young Hero Kiscokid Mark was a terrific prospect who would have graced the game for many years. Sympathies go to his family and friends. Les Merrick My thoughts go to his family and friends on such a sad day. RIP Mark a great talent destined to be a legend at Wycombe. scholesey Thanks to Steve Hayes for a dignified announcement, but what a shocking waste. Will always remember the game at Griffin Park a couple of years back that he took by the scruff of the neck and nearly won on his own. Condolences to all his family and friends. Absolutely heart-rending. Alien Mark had the potential to be a major star for years to come. He will be sadly missed. Let's win the league for him. Ben Sad Day, a player who I have no doubts would have gone on to be a truely great player. One of the most naturally gifted players I have seen wear the wycombe shirt. Thoughts are with his family and all those that were close to him. As has been said, no better reason to go on and get promotion and dedicate it to the memory of Mark Philo. The loss of Mark Philo has rocked my foundations slightly. Awfull loss, for a boy with so much talent.
