SCHOLARSHIP NEWS 2002/3
Football League Youth Alliance
Wanderers have confirmed they will be taking on eight new scholars into their Youth system for 2002/3. The eight names are made up up of six regulars from the Under 17 set-up; Leon Gordon, top scorer with the Under 17's; defenders Andy Reilly, Matt Heggie and Mark Boland plus midfielders Matty Fox and James Rogers. The other two names are both strikers who teamed up with the Under 17's in February after being spotted by the Wanderers scouts. They are London based Robert Tungatt and local County player Nathanial Griffiths. Griffiths scored a hat-trick on his debut for the Under 17's and along with Tungatt, continued to impress before being offered the three year scholarship.

It's also understood that 2nd Year Scholars Lewis Cook, Jonny Dixon, Pat Lynott, Ryan Parsons and Jack Smillie are all being offered a third year football scholarship. German midfieler Kai Sudheimer is returning to his home country. Click here for 2nd Year Profiles

Wanderers Youth Team programme 2000/2001
The Wanderers Youth Team play their home League games at Molins Sports Ground in Princes Risborough.

Admission is FREE and a programme is produced for all Under 19 fixtures.
The programme won the Wirral Programme Club Youth Team Programme of the Season for 1999/2000.
