ALL THERE IS TO SAY AND KNOW ABOUT WYCOMBE WANDERERS ON THE INTERNET....
FANS DON'T LIKE VANS
The LDV Vans TrophyNot too many fans came out to see the First Round of the newly sponsored LDV Vans Trophy - the competition sponsored last season by AutoWindscreens. Wycombe went through 1-0 against Exeter City at Adams Park where the crowd was just over 1,000 and include just 100 loyal Exeter fans.
The draw for the Second Round takes place on Saturday 16th December on SKY TV's SoccerAm programme at around 10am. Several games were postponed in the First Round and it's hope to play these before the draw is made.

Last season Wycombe went out on penalties to Oxford United at the Second Round stage after receiving a bye in the First Round.

Paul Read - recently joined Exeter The Wycombe v Exeter tie was the first time that the two Clubs had met at senior level. Ex-Wycombe striker Paul Read joined The Grecians on a non-contract basis in November but missed the tie at Adams Park through injury. The 27 year old former Gunner spent two and half years at Wycombe - scoring 9 goal league goals in 60 appearances (27 of those apps from the bench). Since leaving Wycombe Read spent time with Luton Town as well as a spell with OFK Osterund in Sweden. Exeter hoped that Read would be able to play against Walsall in the FA Cup First Round but he failed to get international clearance through from the FA in time. Read, who is a former Wycombe team-mate of Exeter Player/Coach John Cornforth made his debut in The Grecians game at Lincoln on Saturday 25th November.
